OUR HISTORY
When we turn the lights on each day and open our doors, we’re carrying on a piece of tradition that dates back over 35 years. We like to say we’ve been making sandwiches this way since 1979, creating a cult-like following wherever we’ve gone.

Sean and Jeff opened their first Planet Sub franchise in 1998, born from the legendary Yello Sub restaurant in Lawrence, KS., and shared with their hometown a sandwich that has since become a Kansas City tradition.
